Gavin Milligan is the General Manager of Advanced Comfort Specialists, where he oversees daily operations, business development, and long-term planning. He has been part of the company’s leadership team since 2021, previously serving as Business Development Manager, with responsibility for marketing, communications, internal growth initiatives, and relationship management.
In his role, Gavin works closely with company leadership to strengthen operations, support sustainable growth, and ensure alignment across departments. His focus includes refining internal processes, supporting management teams, and maintaining the standards and accountability that have defined the company for more than two decades.
Prior to joining Advanced Comfort Specialists, Gavin built a career in consulting across the nonprofit, private, and government sectors, working with nearly 300 clients. That experience informs his practical approach to leadership, strategy, and organizational improvement.
In addition to his role at Advanced Comfort Specialists, Gavin serves on more than a dozen nonprofit and government boards focused on responsible economic development and youth advocacy. As the son of company founder and President Chad Milligan, he continues the family’s commitment to leadership, community involvement, and long-term stewardship of the business.
