Dean Meitzler leads the service department, focusing on technician training, technical oversight, and ensuring every job is completed with precision. He brings a field-first mindset and a collaborative leadership style that prioritizes both customer care and team development.
Dean began his career in the trades as a service and install technician, eventually moving into leadership. His decision to leave factory work and pursue HVAC through a night course at Reading Area Community College gave him a strong foundation rooted in hard work and growth.
Today, he’s motivated by the opportunity to deliver memorable customer experiences and guide his team toward long-term success. Dean believes that success comes through shared responsibility and learning from every experience. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, driving his 1966 Pro Street Chevelle to car shows, and computer gaming. He is also a retired volunteer firefighter from Amity Fire Company.
